In addition to auditing annual reports, consolidated financial statements and particular reportings (e.g. transformation Balance Sheets) of our audit clients, we offer review of financial statements according to international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, HB II) as well. When examining financial statements, we pay particular attention to enforce the interests of owners and investors in a compliant and at the same time efficient manner. We also have extensive experience in checking the use of EU and other international fundings for the purpose of getting the payments on the one hand, and to ensure correct use of such funds on the other hand. We are holding qualifications and licences to perform audit tasks for banking or investment firms as well as audit tasks requiring special issuer ratings. Consulting
Upon request, we stay at our clients’ disposal with a strong professional capacity for consulting in matters related to taxes and social contribution taxes, as well as in taxation and accounting issues. Our team is highly experienced in preparing transfer pricing documents. Our services include calculation and documentation of the prices applied in controlled transactions within Hungarian and international company groups. As for mergers and acquisitions, we offer both to Sellers and to Buyers following services: systemic due diligence of the company in accounting and taxation terms, identification of strengths and weaknesses, providing advise in planning the acquisition deal and the business management afterwards.

Initially, I made use of my engineering and economic knowledge in the fields of industrial technology and information technology. As a Founding Partner, I have been managing Memolux Group’s accounting, audit and taxation business as Chief Executive Officer since 1989. At present, my activities include, among others, acting as appointed auditor of large Hungarian enterprises and of Hungarian entities of non-resident companies, as well as supporting our Clients in taxation and related legal remedy matters as a certified tax expert.

I have been employed by M-Audit for 3 years now. I started my professional career as an accountant, later I worked as accounting group manager at Memolux Kft for several years. During this time, I have had the chance to get acquainted with the practices of many industries and multinational companies, by performing bookkeeping, taxation and accounting management tasks, as well as by representing clients in front of authorities in course of tax inspections and other statutory audits. At present, I provide advice and carry out various project tasks in the field of taxation and accounting.

I have been working for more than 15 years at M-Audit Kft. I started my professional career as a bookkeeper and then as a chief accountant employed by several companies including an accounting provider and a multinational company. I was involved in development and set-up of accounting systems for enterprises acting in special economic sectors (venture firms, agricultural companies for livestock production). Since 2006, I have been engaged in audit activities, including management and update of audit standard documentation.

I joined in 1997 to be part of a company performing its activities in a highly professional manner. Having started as an accounting staff, I was step-by-step involved in the team responsible for consulting – in particular tax consulting – projects to respond to customer demand as well as to satisfy in-house information needs. At present, my activities still include supporting clients and colleagues in accounting and taxation matters, based on the deep and wide experience I have acquired in these professional fields.
